Our neighbours are Hindus too and they've started their preparations as well. Ours is much prettier ... right?
The curtains was a little difficult cause they were heavy. I was busy collecting the clips and putting them back into the bag. Grandma says this is our 'Special Set'. This set for the doors and windows are only used for important occasions and during festivity.
Once the celebration is over. We put up our regular set. No wonder it's preserved well.
