Chef and grilling star Bobby Flay is my favourite on Food Network. Highly inspired by him, I thought I'd have my own little outdoor BBQ.
Since it was my first attempt, I thought of going simple with some vegetarian chicken satay, hash potato and mini sausages. The tough part was to get the fire started.
After an hour getting the charcoal to the right heat, I started cooking.
It turned out pretty fine.
