New Eats @ Peng Wah Restaurant

This may just be your ordinary Chinese restaurant next door but the dish I had was something new for me and to be honest was interesting the way it was made.
Oddly the place was not filled, perhaps we were too early in the afternoon.
We had the typical Yang Chow Fried Rice.
Ordered Steamed tofu in oyster sauce.
Here was the interesting dish. It does look like your ... again typical Hokkein Noodles but here's the catch, it's udon and not the regular noodle!
