Toddling @ Kechara Wesak Fair

Kechara (http://www.kechara.com/), a renowned Buddhist organization held the Wesak Fair today to create awareness on all the fantastic work they carry out and foster togetherness among the community.
It was a splendidly hot day (notice the beautiful rainbow reflection) which is more than welcomed. I'd rather be walking with a suntan than be drenched in rain on a muddy field.
The open field at SunwayMas Commercial Center wasn't buzzing with people yet so we had good chance to grab some bargains before it ran out. Most of their sales were inline with the work they do.
Numerous prayer symbols of Buddhist themes were available for sale and it's nice to be blessed and feel protected while you wear an attractive piece like these. It's not a crime to blend fashion in religious practice!
We enjoyed a simple breakfast but didn't spend too much time sitting down here for the heat was unbearable. At least the stalls had fans in them.
I enjoyed a good game of shooting with the Nerf gun. Won myself consolation prize in the form of stickers.
Cool to find Xbox games offered at the fair. Attracted all the big boys and volunteers children who were all preoccupied while their parents were busy manning the stalls.
Another interesting thing that you don't normally find within a religious organizations was their involvement with animals. Kechara animal sanctuary brought some furry friends along. This stall had the largest gathering.
