Toddling @ The Waterfront

There's this new housing development which is about 5 minutes (by car) from where I live called The Desapark City. Houses here range from 800k up to 1.5mil. For the money you invest, it's quite a decent place to live in with modern amenities.

The hangout for the residents here is known as The Waterfront. It's got a supermarket, bank, restaurants, hardware store even boutiques for kids right up to adults.

It's so exclusive, they have their own mini Jusco.

with little buggies for kids to ride in. I never throw tantrums when I'm seated in it as it's quite a joy ride unlike your regular shopping trolley.

There's also a huge park for kids to play in and not too far away an olympic sized soccer field for the uncles to play in. That evening we all saw perfect weather to walk about and some families came equipped with kites.

To me the main attraction has to be the children's playground. The setup was a futuristic recreation facility like no other. Made out of steel and rubber coating at specific joints to avoid us childrens getting hurt, this is certainly not your regular play area.

We stopped for some bread and coffee at the Kluang Station Kopitiam. Very thick and strong mixture. Check them out ... http://kluangstation.com/

And their Christmas decoration ... spectacular!

This is the night view.
